I think the prices for Li will be buffered by the fact that many producers need high prices to stay in business as the previous poster stated (unlike PLS). DLE is so far unproven except on lab and small pilot scale. I am really doubtful that this can be put into production at scale. Being a chemist I have done lots of chromatography and I just don't see that type of technology being either easy or cheap at scale. Add in the mix that every project takes longer and costs more then advertised and I think PLS has a long runway of fantastic earnings especially with the current strong demand for EVs.
