Interesting the management commentary on the potential buyback on the conference call.
The buyback would be diluted given current share price, interest rates on their cash and organic investment opportunities. Note that they have come to this conclusion after the share price collapsed. Suggests it’s still expensive.
Likely no dividend for a while too given lack of franking credits. The positive in this is that they have ~$26M in carried forward losses and won’t be paying tax for a while.
