And what an opportunity for ESI -

to be able to build a plant from scratch which incorporates the necessary Matmor Process married into the traditional smeltering process.

Thats gold for Matmor future, which extends beyond agreements with Gulf and the plant itself,
for it will be a benchmark commercial demonstration for other potential companies to copy themselves - attracting lots of good things.
And, i think if we do get a synergy going with GULF mines, in return for the obvious benefits to ESI, the company may want a little skin ;-)
