If they need $US150m to fund Ban Houayxai - does this mean they need to do a cap raise soon? Announcement is a bit vague on whether the facility requires rolling over existing debts or not. They have had to raise capital in the past alongside a new debt facility for expansion. May be nearly time to stand aside short term??
