I don’t accept the market is suggesting that at all with regards to DVP’s assets.
Keeping 100% of something under management that, IMO, has unfortunately demonstrated are simply not suitable to progress it is beneficial how exactly?
If Tim announced tomorrow he was leaving, I’d change my vote.
As I said…this pretty much all comes down to MIN. They blocked the 50c offer for a reason. They paid on average around I think it’s 52c or so for each of their shares for a reason.
At the current conversion, they’d be losing around just over $4,000,000, which they seemingly would be content with by voting yes, for a reason.
What rational reason can you think of that Chris would be content with on taking such a hit by voting yes? He doesn’t strike me as the type of person that likes to willingly lose money.
