Great points. Inversago is being acquired by Novo Nordisk for $1 billion. I appreciate it’s been discussed on the forum previously but I think it might be good to revisit that takeover within the context of this discussion. Their cannabinoid receptor blocker was a phase 1b program.
Harambe9, it might be helpful to research some of the recent takeovers to get an idea on valuation. And also the Edison report as it points you towards the key parts of the business to value and demonstrates their methodology. This exercise isn’t about exactness, it’s purpose is educate yourself on the business and know how to reasonably estimate its value. Until you do this it’s impossible to know if the current share price means the company is cheap or expensive.
