Chasing the 'promised land of riches' - which appears to motivate many BRN holders - has historically often led to losses. The irony is that BRN has already been a multi-billion dollar company. The riches have been and gone.
I wish BRN all the best. However, the financial climate is now very different for speculative, loss-making meme stocks. Critical thinking associated with investments (hint: 'criticism') is healthy.
I've been invested in BRN previously (made profit). And yes, I do want the company removed from the ASX200 as a 68% loss since it was included is not index inclusion material IMO.
If removed from the 200, shorts will dry up - and then what will bagholders blame the poor share price performance on?!
