Yes i heard that and he was questioned on how exactly they plan to do that. His reply was that this qtr will be bad and we can expect low client retention and signing clients but next 3 qtrs on average are good for signing clients and that they have put in place sales strategy, new marketing campaign, plus the new software upgrades will enhance the appeal. Wasnt really convinced on his reply since he is basically relying on chance and a big maybe.
