You want to not talk semantics... yet take his claim of RIO and AGY's involvement out of context?

His claim of RIO and AGY was implying a takeover and/or relationship directly involved with their lithium project. He's stated it before and is implying it again.
So, show me again where they're both "involved", this time in the correct context of things.
