IMO,maybe they are trading for customers' ac,not for their ac.
Thus they do not mind the SP.
Maybe Instos pay ASX trading fee by annually,not pay for every trading,so they can trade very small volume to manipulate the SP every day.
Strangely,they seem do not like individual shareholders get profits from share market.
