I was going to politely dispute this but then I realised I hadn't updated my numbers to include WAF's latest 30/6 cash and bullion balance... and yes you are correct.
If I use their current EV's, and a US$1,900 assumed FY24 sales price, along with their respective FY24 guidance midpoints on AISC and oz, on an EV/EBITDA basis WAF is trading 2.7x and PRU is 2.8x.
