The article suggests Regal has a 31% holding. Do you think that’s is correct or its a total of River and Regal combined. My original thinking it was a combined holding.
I think it will hard for GQG to get it over the line unless the bid is quite a bit higher.I think it would suit Paul to have GQG successfull and probably an easier sell to the current boutique owners.
Also a nice article in AFR on ROC with a $350 mil acquisition.
