Safe to assume more amendments have been requested! The SEC don’t take 3 full weeks to send out an effectiveness notice. EUR take far too long to file amendments too. 6 to 8 weeks previous amendments. This is unlikely to list on NASDAQ this year, if at all it gets listed!
