No they're not at this present moment in time,
But that is what their forward intention is to be doing,
Hence the work being put into the updated DFS,
Build a beneficiation plant to produce a concentrate,
A concentrate to be further processed by Iluka.

And marcus A 69624330 Totally agree with you in relation to surprise of placement, very left of centre, but if there are those willing to chip in, that's a positive.
NC is getting things done, lets see if it can end up in a positive way, unlike where Lynas got down too.
Maybe he has taken some pages from AL's play book.
