The board is there to represent shareholders. How about a letter of support from a major shareholder? Of course they would probably be too discrete to try to influence the outcome even if they were for the incumbents.
Is that all of the senior managers? I'm not sure why their attention needs to be drawn to this?
One month to go and it is sorted one way of another.
