The 30/8/2023 release says:-
"The Environmental Sustainability project will be conducted by a group of experts funded byADX to investigate best practice for sustainable development in the greater Welchau prospect area "

It refers to sustainable development of the greater Welchau area.


The 16/8/2023 release says:-
"The final stage of the permitting process is the receipt of an environmental clearance which is based on an independent expert’s environmental report (Environmental Clearance). The clearance process is based on theevaluation of a report by a government nominated expert which has been completed and submitted to the local Upper Austrian governing body. The process will include a stakeholder hearing period similar to drilling permitprocess. Drilling operations are expected to commence during the fourth quarter of 2023 after receipt of the Environmental Clearance."

I do not think (IMH unqualified O) the latest 30/8/2023 release relates to drilling approval. The 30/8/2023 release appears to relate to reinforcing/promoting public and government support for the production phase (if gas found) after Welchau is drilled as well as future exploration/development in the greater Welchau area.

Additionally the Goverment Mining Authority Permit states:-
"Drilling and testing must be conducted during the winter period (between 1 October 2023and 31 March 2024)"
