    you make some good points, but many producers are selling cattle for $1000 that they paid $1500 and more for...or getting $1500 for $2000 cost animals, even with extra weight put on since purchasing. large breeding enterprises will still make money at current prices, and yes the fattening margin may well return

    the prices were nearly in free fall this past week, but storm rains may help stem the tide... incredible thing is that it's not international influences, ( nor the RBA!).. it's to do with processing capacity versus herd numbers coupled with dry conditions in East coast

    Cattle in Canada, U.S. worth a stack..I assume Europe also
