Its simple, do the math, ASX price is $18 USD conversion is around $12, if you think $80 dollars is going to hold up your in dream land, why would investors be selling there Asx holdings at these current levels if all they have to do is convert to common stock and hey presto its now worth $80 USD, come on!!
Don't get me wrong I hope that's what happens, but the saying, "if something looks to good to be true it probably is"
