I am just making a bet that the share price has a higher chance of declining than increasing.
- Sept/Oct are usually down months due to dividend payouts which reduce share prices
- Lithium prices have been declining
- Industry heavyweights are near yearly lows and yet PLS is near highs
- PLS is the 4th most shorted stock as of 24th August with 8.58% shorted - in my experience shorters usually have it right and don't get squeezed
- Last time the SP was at $5 I never imagined it would get to $3.50 but it did - so perhaps I am more sceptical and cautious this time around
