Directors of listed companies are required to disclose changes to relevant interests, no matter how small, in securities of the company of which they are a director. Notification must be made within five business days under the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) Listing Rules and within 14 days under the Corporations Act.

Unless he sold this week then those missing shares are in a separate fund. Happy for someone to prove otherwise otherwise.
