Hopefully they get the $15 million odd at least if it wasn’t paid. No lawyer, but if Primero can demonstrate they made reasonable efforts to send the necessary on time and have the records then it seems reasonable to me the other side should have at least made the effort to follow up?? In any event, if Primero could demonstrate they did the work and were unpaid, surely that is the issue?? I’d love more dividend but I’ll wait till the announcement as history tells me not to get too excited. GLTA
