    it’s cheap for a reason - it’s been poorly managed

    PEN contracted too early and relied on 3rd party processing whose spare capacity was always going to disappear once the bull market got going

    contracts are binding - so what’s not being able to fill contracts now going to cost PEN and it’s shareholders
