Yes il will trade higher for maybe 1 or 2 days. As the top of the BB signifies 2 SD's, it will trade within the bands 95% of the time. On the odd occasion it will trade 5 periods above, but will ALWAYS come back below it. Traders will never buy when price is above, or close to BB.
