at current FX rates the US$7.50 per ADS translates into roughly 15.5c in AUS per ordinary share as the IPO (new floor price). Once they trade, it is likely this will be well above US$8.00 per ADS

Good outcome in my view, given current share price.... not so good in terms of where I first bought in but lets hope we will now get back there once this is all done and dusted

The US is a very deep pool of investors & institutions looking for promising start ups/new tech ...

... imagine in the near future a few good announcements coming from Craig ; announcements which might barely cause a ripple of the SP of Aussie domiciled shares , but would explode the price of the ADS's ...

We will become followers of the US listed ADS's ...
