You may well be right Grumps, but I'm not so sure about that 'leaky ship' seeing as the Executive Chairman recently bought (9th Aug 2023) 225,000 shares @ 0.0944 ($24,072).
That's not exactly 'small change' and why would he buyif he was privvy to an imminent cap raise? (and obviously at a lower sp I would assume?).
Oh well, let's see what happens on Monday!
