I wouldn't go as far as calling it an ultimatum, HongFang, because I am not a special investor in this company (with regards to the stakes at hand). But yes I would probably divest another chunk if not all if this criticial promise is broken. If it happens, it shows that whatever words comes out of Lindsay is not to be trusted, and one cannot keep investing in a company if one cannot trust the head anymore.

There have been great sources provided by chuk and others with regards to the tremendous potential (DFS, future cashflows, GA, etc.), but at the same time, there have been certain worrying signs of performance/delivery (relatively to guidance), so I think it's fair for one to point those out, and set a tolerance limit for the craps that can/did happen.
