no… I wish puny shareholders like me were allowed to submit agenda items for voting on.
I would propose that OCC must submit all financial reports…quarterly, half-yearly and yearly results … at least two days before the closing time, or all board members and CEO get their salaries docked and have all their freebie option gifts cancelled.
nobody respects a company that leaves it to the very last minute to get their results announced…only loser companies do that.
what is really annoying about Paul's tardiness this time is that OCC's results are hopefully good enough to finally give the share price a bit of a lift…but how can that happen if would-be buyers don’t see the report?
