I wouldn't go as far as calling it an ultimatum, HongFang, because I am not a special investor in this company (with regards to the stakes at hand). But yes I would probably divest another chunk if not all if this criticial promise is broken. If it happens, it shows that whatever words comes out of Lindsay is not to be trusted, and one cannot keep investing in a company if one cannot trust the head anymore.

Sometimes, even if you're not happy with the MD of a company, it can be worth holding anyway because of the asset. Once the cash flow justifies a higher sp, past delays to production will likely be forgotten.
