Anyone with the slightest knowledge of the resources sector knows that things take time - you don't (can't) simply find the stuff, mine it and sell it. If you wait to buy until 2028 you will have really missed the boat - you know that, and I know that. In fact most of us know that, so why are you trying to pull our plonkers ?
