re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Appe... Doomdog ,my understanding is that MCC have delayed the progress of the project due to problems not related to the project or CFE .
Under the terms of the agreement MCC will have to pay the final payment .
I think there is a BRR interview where he explains it .
