UBS? UBS had ZIP as a buy from Nov 2019 to June 2020 (from around $4 to $6 via the low $1s) and neutral or sell ever since. It has ZIP rated as sell since March and cut their target after the result to $0.36. Maybe you mean CLSA or Shaw?
If you do a retrospective, you see that they've generally met or exceeded forecasts for revenue growth, but missed (rather badly) on the cost side. The company seems to be making some progress on costs and the question for investors is whether they will be able to improve the unit economics enough in time.
