I'll take a guess at what this is. The Section 708A Cleansing Notice says it's exercising unlisted employee options. From my corporate experience, I'd say this is an ex-employee that had a contractual right to exercise/vest shares on termination (or redundancy or similar). If correct, 50,000 suggests not a senior employee. Or I could be completely wrong.
