I mean, yeah, you can read the situation however you like. It seems clear that the company has presented value at every price point enough for Tillett and co to buy and buy big.
For the record, I don’t think it has anything to do with propping up the share price - if that was the objective, he wouldn’t be lump-summing the buy. He would opportunistically do small sustained buys.
Again, the message is clear to me anyway. There’s a huge opportunity and this is a major reminder from someone in the know.
