maybe we should have 4 months of silence/ the s p wont do F A until the ink is dry on construction approval. and even then it may not do much anyway. .i myself. never blessed with patience /kidding myself the s p will suddenly go to a dollar( 4$ would nice) when then cashed up investors out there realize that the bottom should be in for this fantastic project. and the time for buying up is now. elevating the stock. however the only thing elevated is my blood.pressure a shovel in the ground cant come quick enough for me
