Can't believe some of the recent posts. Some posters seem unaware that the probability of finding commercial oil is less than 10%. Check the overall figures!!I'm certain AWE exceeds the industry average.I'm not just counting the last two NZ wells.Their current i.e. last 12 months, beats the average, with successes in Bass Strait, WA, and Yemen. They also did well with the ADI purchase. Must be some heavy losers ,and others ,who have no shares who are downramping, hoping their comments gives them a lower entry. I'm not against this , but please be honest and get your facts correct.Maybe downrampers, with no shares, should give an indication as to their buy in price. IMO the AWE drilling record isn't bad. I was hopeful the near Tui wells would be commercial, but such is life with oil shares.Still waiting for Yemen and the well offshore Nelson in NZ.If these fail we'll have to wait for the next round. My last advice to those "crying" about the current price is to take a few Geology classes and discover some of the realities of Oil Exploration.I took mine many years ago and enter with both eyes open.!Good luck to all buyers. IMO the current price will prove to be a steal. If you hold,IMO, hang in there! They still have good reserves and $137m in cash. This is NOT a ROC, which at last check had good reserves, but a large debt! If it gets to $1 as one poster suggested I would be tempted to jump my car from South to North head in Sydney and that's not possible!!
