In the case of buyers outnumbering sellers, I'd say 'the needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many' seems appropriate. Or in the immortal words of Charlton Heston:
'The only way you'll get my DRE shares is from my cold dead hands (or if you pay me a 1500% markup of course).'
Anyway, my predictions of a late run and the big boys buying in at the aftermarket auction didn't eventuate, but we're still up 41% in one day which isn't too shabby at all. Hopefully it'll hold up on lazy-trade Friday as the news should've spread a bit more, especially as we ended up no.2 on the Hotcopper 'Top Rated Posts':
