the first step is a new CEO. Geoff Acton has no reason to be there anymore.
just look at his press releases over the years.
it's just embarrassing that he did not get fired by now.
why would a company give him a loan to buy shares?
it's a joke as many other things the board has done.
he wanted 10 points for his 2024/25 strategy, so one of the goals is to send a monthly newsletter to distributors.
does no one else see that he is completely unfit to run the company.
or he is doing what the board (basically lev + a few others that keep the chairs warm) wants.
