At this point bubs really needs an experienced leader, and Reg’s background looks good - although bubs can’t afford his salary. Right now this job is very challenging, and only limited time left for bubs to make changes. I happen to know someone who worked with Reg before, Reg is reputable. But still, I don’t know how they make the decision of this salary
