Do you not think one of Edwards competitors would be a bit more strategic and accumulate a stake at cheap prices while they can to get on the register and be a pain in the ass for an Edwards acquisition? I think everyone is still dreamin' about company value. If it was that much of a laydown misere and the market cap did not represent real value, imo they would all be buying on market given the supposed arbitrage and taking 4.9% just to have a seat at the table if one of the other competitors makes a move.
