By my understanding, Marmota’s ownership of the gold rights increases to 100% on the BLUE tenements, and to 90% on the PINK tenements in the diagram in the release which is unquestionably excellent.
From the Barton version of the announcement, the Barton gold JORC falls by 61,000 ounces of gold, and MEUs gold JORC goes up by the same.
As to Challenger, I don’t see that this changes any contractual rights to the mill, but that seems irrelevant as MEUs stated path to production at Aurora Tank is via low cost low capex heap leach in situ at Aurora Tank, which does not use the Challenger mill, nor involve the costs of having to build roads and transport there.
Finally, also from the Barton version of the announcement, Barton’s ownership of the PINK tenements goes back to Coombedown which is the best news, because it means Barton are gone, and the dispute over access is over, and Barton have capitulated.
