I agree with you. There is too much of a focus on grade and while it is important, the overall geological picture is far more important.

The reason this is exciting is not because the previous drills struck high grades. It's exciting because the geological story is inching closer with every piece of results to proving what we are speculating on. The existence of a copper mine at scale.

With near surface DSO, the company can easily be profitable to a smaller degree and not rely on huge capex and therefore dilution. These funds can then be used to prepare for the deeper operation. Does that sound like it fits into the definition above?

As long as the average grades keep coming back economical (with a few here and there getting great results) but they keep proving that the copper does not stop, I personally find that way more exciting.

Just my opinion, would love to hear from others who view it this way as well.

Good luck everyone, I hope the announcement that releases us from halt is even half of what we speculate about on here. That's all we actually need.

Anything over 100 metres and 1% copper equivalent or better is considered to be high-grade. For example, Serengeti Resources announced 119.6 metres of 0.9% copper equivalent (copper plus gold values added together) at depths from 180 to 300 metres. The stock then increased from $0.30 to $1.50 after those drilling results were reported.
