A large part of this forum is to be a place to discuss future business paths that will affect future business performance, and thus future share price. That's what is happening here. We all know what the price is today, and what the financial books say today. Discussion is geared towards determining future business performance. I'm not sure if you just don't understand this, or if you just choose to ignore it?
Anyone can read a balance sheet (well almost), less people can tell you if a business will be successful in the future. Your comments suggest you fall into the former category.
