re: a great day today, worse tomorrow? Forecast profitability & dividends are to be reviewed, price fixing & market sharing charges can attract upto 10 Million fine alone from the ACCC action alone. How much will the legal fees be? Will Amcor have to make good to the loyal customers it has ripped off? There are other players in the cartel also, could be a long winded expensive court case- what say 6 - 8 months
I'd wait on this one lads, let the dust settle. I'd be surprised if it bottomed out just 24hrs after this shocking announcement
