Their PR department is in every sense very poor imo.
The team in Adelaide appears to get paid for doing very little, but maybe they are not allowed to say too much on any subject.

In general, I suspect all corporations, banks and others that have internal theft would prefer to keep it under wraps and say nothing. Particularly with pending court action. And as it would be insured and does not alter the bottom line they figure there is no need to make any public comment.
