I will be very surprised if AGL dont take out GLL's CSG side in which case we could expect a large cash sum
It seems the company are trying to demerge the coal side so as to leave a clean CSG vehicle which I guess would be easier for AGL to takeover
but Id prefer if AGL made a cash offer for the assets and GLL kept its coal side and used the large sum of cash they'd recieve Im guessing somewhere between $50m-$150m to develop their coal assets further
all just speculation but remember this was once an Australian Small Cap Investigator radio active pick and it went up 400%
