Thanks @WhatsTheTip. I’m not really concerned with permitting with this one. A) the baseline survey period is almost complete b) the agreement with the Native group seems to be relatively straightforward (Check BM8 announcement which is super close to GT1 assets)

My primary concern with GT1 will be answered once the DFS is complete at a later stage and we better understand the cashflow from SC6 into downstream phase. This is a very tricky game plan and is super capital intensive so they need to play their cards perfectly. The great board and the experience set on this leadership will be the secret sauce to navigating that critical phase.
