Utter rubbish. France built 56 nuclear power stations between 1962-77 with a smaller economy than modern Australia. They are planning another six more at a total cost of around EUR51B (~AUD12B each) France has the cheapest electricity in the EU The only European countries with lower prices are Norway and Sweden which rely on hydro which costs almost nothing apart from the initial capital costs,
