I mean - it simply does not get any better than that… why?
Because - it will have wide reaching implications for interstate commerce, banking, taxation & research.
Historically the DEA has NEVER gone against a scheduling recommendation from The HHS.
It’s huge news whichever way you look at it if you are genuinely invested in the sector.
