Highlighting TO potential doesn't mean management are hoping TO will succeed. In any case a successful TO requires willing sellers regardless of what management and directors want. GMD are still stalled at 80% of DCN, for example.
I am holding, not selling, so SP is what it is, but a SP pushed up by suitors is good for raising mining capital.
I guess I am hoping for one or more unsuccessful TO attempts. Maybe SL is too, for the same reasons.
