I am gobsmacked with the apparent "two faced" "favouring" treatment DERM given to Carbon Energy over the Kogan Creek contamination issue on many levels.

Why was this consideration not given to Cougar?

What do DERM propose be done about the "trade markets" damage done to Cougar by DERM rushing to print with erroneous media releases?

The contamination "pathway" for surface contamination (if it does exist) is obvious and serious.

However, the contamination "pathway" for deep groundwater contamination (which has been shown by test results not to have occurred at Kingaroy) is less obvious.

DERM seems ever more exposed on its premature and inappropriate actions against Cougar with this current release on Carbon imo.
